Special highlights are the Maiskogel ( World Cup downhill and World Cup cross country routes- but you can also be cycled by "normal cyclists"), the Hundstein Höhen trail, the Käfertal with Trauneralm, the Hollersbachtal, Seidlwinkltal in Rauris, as well as Unterbergalm and Schmittenhöhe.
