But in the best possible way. In the Finnish sauna, in the steam room, in the infra red heat cabins and in the sanarium (herbal steam room) you can rejuvenate your skin cells and clear your respiratory system. Don't forget: after every sauna stage have a ciold shower and sufficient rest.
