HotelChildcareChildren are warmly welcomed but we don’t have any children’s playroom, childcare or children’s playground.
We’ll gladly provide cots, highchairs and bottle warmers for you (free-of-charge).
Spa: children from the age of 7 can gladly enjoy relaxing in the spa area accompanied by their parents (never alone), we kindly ask you to note that a spa is a particularly calm and restful place, and the sauna area is a nudist area.
Fitness-exercise room: for children up to about 14 years of age, our Technogym high-tech equipment is too dangerous (risk of injury) and we kindly ask for your understanding that children do not use them.
We have a fantastic location for families with children: completely without any traffic at the end of a small cul-de-sac, children can run around and play to their heart’s content without any hindrance or risk.
We are situated directly next to a football training ground, which can be used by everyone and not just to play football, and directly opposite us is an enormous snow field, which becomes a meeting place in winter for big and small kids alike, to toboggan, build a snowman, etc.

- Late Check-Out: only at short notice and can be booked depending on availability for a surcharge of 20 euros p.p., then you can make use of the room until 6.00 p.m., afternoon coffee and cakes are also included but not the spa area, for which we thank you for your understanding
- Storage: we have 2 changing and storage rooms with shower, where your luggage can be stored, you can shower and change if you like, and even coffee and cake are included, surcharge of 7 euros p.p.
Payment / CancellationIf you have to cancel your holidays: especially for late cancellations we have a large financial damage, we have reservated the rooms and did not take other bookings. According to the Austrian hotel contract conditions we have the right to place a cancellation invoice, in order to receive replacement for the escaped conversion
